Later, I couldn't stand it, so I brought him a mask, but after a while it was all wet and I had to give up and throw it away.

In fact, I was deeply impressed and moved by my big brother's enthusiasm. We sit in the office and work in the office every day. If we can't get tired of sunshine, people will become very lazy and lose the spirit of work. But today, I seem to have returned to my childhood, where I grew up. The old man taught us that diligent people have food everywhere and will be respected everywhere. Today, I was moved by the spirit of the working people again, huh?

2. Empathy and gentle communication

In our work, the most challenging thing is to meet an old man who is picky and doesn't listen to guidance. The old man threw several generations of rubbish on the ground and turned away. We guided him to classify. He suddenly raised his voice and shouted at us, you can divide it if you want. We won't share it anyway. I am the owner of the community. You have to serve us, but you don't give me money. Why should I classify you?

Hearing these incomprehensible words, the straightforward eldest brother immediately flew into a rage and quarreled with his uncle. I can only mediate between them, and both sides say good things, but my position is still on the side of Big Brother. While advising uncle, this is a national requirement, and we are all volunteers. We should protect the environment, that is, protect future generations. At the same time, I told my eldest brother that he was just too proud to pull his face down. Forget it today, just let him remember it next time. For the first time, I learned the meaning of gentle listening and patient speaking. These communication skills I usually learn are actually very useful when I really face the masses. I think there is really no problem that communication can't solve. Although my performance has temporarily eased the contradiction, I still have a lot to improve after thinking about the non-violent communication skills I learned before.

Being serious about things means being responsible for yourself.

? Standing in the bucket for just two hours, I received every resident with a smile and greeted them kindly. I try my best to publicize the knowledge of garbage classification simply and vividly in an acceptable and gentle way, and try my best to impress people, convince them by reasoning and convince them by law.
