Legal analysis: In Wuhan, property fees are generally composed of three parts: property service costs, statutory taxes and fees, and profits of property management enterprises. Specific to our daily service, it mainly includes: the salary of management service personnel, cleaning and sanitation, greening maintenance, order maintenance, daily operation and maintenance of * * * parts and facilities, depreciation of fixed assets of property management enterprises, office expenses and other expenses recognized by the owners.

Legal basis: Article 44 of the Regulations on Property Management. Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users. Where a realty service enterprise accepts the entrustment to collect the fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall not collect additional fees such as handling fees from the owners.
