Can the industry Committee set up its own property in this community? What are the procedures?

Industry Committee is a loose non-governmental organization, not a natural person, and it is not allowed to set up residential property.

However, the owner can set up a joint-stock property service company by self-financing, with the owner as a shareholder. Then through the industry Committee, the property company is authorized to provide residential property services.

It is not recommended that you do this, because if this property management company only makes its own community, the operating cost will be much higher than that of external property units. Moreover, there are many communities served by large property companies, and the comprehensive cost is lower.
