I personally recommend Mengqin Bay for the following reasons:

1, Poly East Bay is too far away. I don't know if the landlord has been there at night, and I can't see ghosts. It will take at least 3-5 years to catch up with Mengqin Bay in the future.

2. The living environment in Mengqin Bay is no worse than that in Poly East Bay and Dolan Waterfront, and it is also convenient for children to go to school.

3. At present, Mengqin Bay is better than Poly.

4. The management of Dolan waterfront community is not as strong as that of Mengqin Bay.

5. The separation of people and vehicles in Mengqin Bay Community is stronger than that in Dolan Waterfront.
