Nanning's new house purchase contract has revised the delivery standard of commercial housing: First, the approval documents or permission documents of the planning department and the fire inspection department of the construction project must be obtained, and the project quality has passed the completion inspection and acceptance. Second, the drainage facilities are complete at the time of delivery and connected with the drainage pipe network. Entrust urban water supply enterprises to manage and realize one household and one meter, and connect with urban public water supply. If self-built facilities are used for water supply, the water quality of the water supply meets the hygienic standard for drinking water stipulated by the state.

After the developer installs water meters for each household, it may not be handed over to the water supply enterprise for management. In order to avoid developers or property bundling fees, water supply enterprises read meters to households, effectively regulate unreasonable property charges and protect owners' rights and interests!

In the text of the new contract, Article 20 of Chapter 9 requires that the start and end time of the preliminary property contract be clearly written, and points out that the preliminary property service contract will be terminated when the property service contract concluded by the owners' committee or the owners and the new property service provider takes effect within the validity period of the contract.
