Because the CCTV monitoring system mainly monitors the surrounding environment through images, a color system with high cost performance is selected from the perspective of economic and practical effects. The system design scheme is as follows:

Usually, a security system consists of two parts, one is a video surveillance system, and the other is an anti-theft alarm system. According to the requirements of the tender documents, considering that Xinhua Plaza is a commercial service building, the design scheme of this system is a video monitoring system, and an anti-theft alarm system is added in key parts. In the whole security system design, we designed an anti-theft alarm system, which makes the video surveillance system and anti-theft alarm system interact to form a complete security system.

Three probes were designed and installed in important positions and areas of Xinhua Square, and door magnets were installed at important entrances and exits, which realized the alarm control of Xinhua Square against intrusion as a whole.

At the same time, if capacity expansion is needed in the future, only corresponding equipment needs to be added, which will not impact the existing system. For example, adding anti-theft alarm points can be done by adding anti-theft alarm host or alarm expansion box with matrix switching host. Therefore, in the aspect of scheme design, the various requirements of the owner for the future anti-theft alarm system are fully considered. The system mainly consists of four parts: camera, transmission control, display and recording.

The camera system includes a camera, a lens, a tripod head and a bracket.

The transmission system includes the transmission of video signals. Transmission adopts coaxial cable with shielding effect on external electrostatic field and electromagnetic wave.

The control system includes the selection and control matrix of hard disk video recorder with control function, that is, multiple video signals can be selected and played on the monitor at the same time without audio.

The display and recording system includes monitor and hard disk video recorder. The hard disk video recorder can work in a fully automatic mode. Inspection system is mainly used in buildings, factories, warehouses, field equipment, pipelines and other industries with fixed inspection requirements. The system can automatically process the inspection results, including checking, storing results, querying results and printing reports. The purpose of the patrol system is to help the leaders or managers of enterprises use the system to effectively supervise and manage the patrol personnel and patrol work records, and at the same time, the system can also record the line patrol work in a certain period of time in detail.

The places that need to be patrolled in the building are all important areas, and the nature of patrol itself is very monotonous and boring. If the management department does not take any measures to manage, it will be difficult to effectively supervise and scientifically assess the specific work of the inspectors. There are serious hidden dangers in this management mode. Once an accident occurs, it is often impossible to judge and confirm the root of the responsibility problem from an objective perspective.

The patrol system designed in this project can digitally identify the patrol position, patrol status and patrol personnel in the patrol function, and can define any patrol position as different patrol routes as needed. These patrol routes can be defined according to the specific management regulations of each part. Users can define the daily patrol times and time of each line through patrol rules, and they can also define the daily patrol times and time of each line. In this system, each patrol position on the center line can specify the time interval and allowable error. Users can also use the reader in this system to record the actual patrol sequence and actual patrol time of each patrol personnel at each position of each line during the patrol process. The status template can be used to record the environmental status or equipment working status around the patrol site at that time. After the patrol, the manager can transfer the recorded data to the personal computer through the management software, and automatically process all the data according to the patrol rules. Finally, the inspection results can be displayed intuitively, and these inspection results can be saved, queried and printed in the management system.

Background music improves people's relaxed, harmonious and elegant atmosphere. Public broadcasting brings public information to people, and appreciative broadcasting improves people's enjoyment of advanced music, while fire accident broadcasting often wins valuable time for saving people's lives. The system to realize these functions is the necessary background music and emergency broadcasting system (public broadcasting system) in intelligent buildings and intelligent parks, which is different from the past.

According to the commercial service nature of Jinzhou Xinhua Plaza and our company's years of design experience, the main functions of the background music and emergency broadcasting system (public broadcasting system) we adopted can be summarized as follows:

1. Set up background music, regional broadcasting and emergency broadcasting system, and provide background music, voice broadcasting and emergency broadcasting to relevant areas of Xinhua Square in case of emergency.

2. At ordinary times, the system can provide more than four audio channels to public areas for each area to choose from, and each area can play the information provided by the central control room or its own programs according to the needs of the area.

3. Audio source equipment includes a radio head, a card holder, a CD player and two microphones for broadcasting.

4. The switching of background music/fire broadcast is set in the broadcast host. In case of fire and other abnormal situations, the pre-recorded emergency evacuation broadcast or the on-site evacuation instruction can be automatically played through the control of the fire linkage signal, while the background music can be played normally in other areas.

5. The system can be configured with a partition remote control microphone. The matrix host can control the background music of any area, area group or the whole area.

6. The system should be equipped with emergency broadcast power supply. The battery pack of the power supply is in a floating state at ordinary times, and it should be able to continue emergency broadcasting for not less than 1 hour after power failure.

In the system design, we think that the system is a typical background music and emergency broadcasting system, but it also stipulates and meets some special requirements (such as regional broadcasting, emergency broadcasting without interrupting background music in other regions, etc.). ). It can be seen that the construction of the system focuses on the safety, practicability, reliability and advancement of the system. CATV system generally consists of three parts: front-end part, transmission system and distribution system. The capacity, scale and quality of the system are all decided by them.

The front-end system includes signal source part, signal processing part and signal amplification synthesis output part. The signal source includes self-running program, video converter and pilot signal source. The signal processing part includes a channel converter, a channel processor and a modulator. Signal amplification and synthesis includes signal amplifier, mixer, distributor and centralized power supply. The front end can also be divided into remote front end, central front end and local front end.

The transmission system consists of coaxial cable, optical cable, microwave multiplex distribution (MMDS) and its combined components and corresponding equipment.

The distribution system consists of trunk lines, expansion amplifiers, user amplifiers and corresponding passive devices such as distributors, branches and user terminals.

The distributed control system with layered functions and distributed configuration of software and hardware should be adopted, and the communication in the field of field control should give priority to double buses (that is, Ethernet and LONWORKS are standby double buses or Ethernet and BACNET are standby double buses), ownerless and peer-to-peer point-to-point communication. All controllers can be connected to Ethernet, and the operation of BAS remote monitoring system can be realized through the Internet. Double-bus backup ensures that the whole system will not affect the substation function and equipment operation or affect the regional network communication due to faults such as short central station line and disconnected network line.

Network and interface functions

Considering that the whole building automation system of Xinhua Plaza can be fully networked in the actual operation process, it is required that the system can communicate directly on the network among the central control workstation, network controller and field controller, and can obtain the control point status of all devices through the network, call data and implement control functions for other devices. The network controller has standard communication interfaces, such as RS232 and RS485, which can connect the building automation system with fire alarm system, safety protection system or other third-party systems. When a fire breaks out, the building automation system must respond to the fire alarm signal in real time, coordinate with each other, and produce a series of necessary actions, such as turning off the air conditioner and using the power supply daily. The capacity of network controller and field controller connected to the network can ensure that the system has enough margin to meet the future expansion needs. Network devices have information and alarm buffer registers to prevent information loss. The network can automatically check and correct errors to ensure the reliability of transmitted data. The system must have real-time clock synchronization function, which can automatically correct the time of the central control workstation, the main controller and the field controller.
