Intelligent management: 5A-level intelligent management systems of building automation (BA), communication automation (CA), office automation (OA), fire alarm automation (FA) and security monitoring automation (SA) of JOHNSON Company in the United States. Horizontal telephone and data communication adopt 54 pairs of UTP cables and 6-core optical cables, which can meet the communication requirements of 100MBPS. According to the needs, we have added the following services: China mobile communication coverage, China Unicom coverage, China Netcom, ISDN, ADSL, ATM broadband network, etc. At the same time, it also includes cable TV and China satellite programs.

Air conditioning system: three cold-ton centrifugal refrigeration units (1 100) and 1 cold-ton absorption refrigeration units (1 100) from York company in the United States are selected, and three oil-fired and gas-fired steam boilers from ETLOOS in Germany are selected for heating and humidification. The whole system can provide refrigeration and heating for the whole building, office building and shops at the same time, and implement comprehensive digital remote control.

Water supply and drainage system: water supply and drainage pump system imported from Britain and Sweden, with sewage treatment capacity of 1 100 tons/day. Set up 9 large-capacity domestic and fire water tanks. All sanitary wares, water pumps, heat exchangers and other facilities are imported.

Fire fighting system: The whole fire fighting system consists of automatic fire alarm system, wet sprinkler system, fire hydrant system and carbon dioxide chemical fire fighting system. The life support system of the building consists of positive pressure air supply system, smoke exhaust system, elevator automatic return system, emergency broadcasting system and emergency power supply system. The fire water system is provided by two water tanks and municipal pipelines.
