1. Equity relationship: From June, 2006 to July, 20, 2006, Yue Ling Property Services was wholly owned by Territorial Group after equity transfer and capital injection. At the beginning of 20 18, the major shareholder of Yue Ling Property Services was changed to Rongliang Group, holding 89.40% of the shares, and Territorial Group held the remaining 10.60% of the shares.
