What courses should property managers take?
The property manager qualification examination includes four subjects: basic system and policy of property management, property management, comprehensive ability of property management and property management practice.

Property manager refers to the person who manages the houses and their ancillary facilities put into use and provides various comprehensive paid services to the owners and users. Property management personnel must have a high school education or above, have certain observation ability and strong expression and calculation ability, and are one of the occupations that implement employment access.
There are three levels of this profession, namely: property manager (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant property manager (national vocational qualification level 3) and property manager (national vocational qualification level 2).
Note: At present, the examination grades are Grade 4, Grade 3 and Grade 2.
In 2000, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security promulgated the National Professional Standard for Property Managers, in order to cooperate with the implementation of the employment access system, improve the professional quality of property managers and further promote the standardization of property management. The occupation of property manager is divided into two grades, namely, property manager (national vocational qualification level 4) and property manager (national vocational qualification level 2). According to the national professional standards, anyone who is engaged in or interested in property management can participate in the qualification appraisal as long as they meet the requirements for registration.
Training objectives: This major trains senior applied professionals who meet the needs of socialist market economy construction, develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically, master the basic theories, knowledge and skills of property management, master the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of property management, be familiar with the relevant principles, policies, laws and regulations of China's property management and international enterprise management practices and rules, and have strong ability to analyze and solve practical problems of property management.
