Property fees should be paid in the next month after the house acceptance is signed and confirmed.

Within one month after receiving the Notice of House Acceptance from the property management company, if there are no special circumstances, the owner should go to the site to accept the house. When the house is ok, sign it for confirmation. The property fee will be calculated from next month. The later construction of the second phase of the whole community will not affect the eligibility of the charging conditions for the owners to settle in now.

When the owner signs a contract and other agreements with the property, the agreement shall prevail. According to Article 41 of the Property Management Regulations, property service charges should follow the principles of reasonableness, openness, and adaptability between fees and service levels, and distinguish the nature and characteristics of different properties. Owners and property service enterprises shall, according to the measures for charging property services formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the competent construction administrative department of the State Council, stipulate in the property service contract.

Forty-second owners should pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement. Property that has been completed but has not been sold or handed over to the property buyer shall be paid by the construction unit.
