Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development: The annual task of installing elevators in old buildings has been completed.

In terms of practical projects for people's livelihood, the following three problems have been mainly solved. First, through new construction, acquisition, renovation, etc., we will build all kinds of policy housing, transform simple buildings and dangerous buildings, speed up the transformation of old residential areas, and better meet the housing needs of the people; The second is to strengthen the refined management of the city, carry out special treatment for outstanding property management problems reflected by the masses, and focus on solving problems such as inadequate property services, private locks, and occupation of fire exits; The third is to steadily promote the installation of elevators in old buildings, effectively solving the problem that it is difficult for the elderly and people with mobility difficulties to get up and down stairs.

As for the construction of affordable housing, by the end of September, Beijing had raised 55,067 sets of policy housing, accounting for 1 10% of the annual task, including 1 1899 sets of collective land rental housing, 325 sets of public rental housing and 7042 sets of * * property housing. 80,697 sets of policy housing were completed, accounting for 1.0 1% of the annual task, including 3,394 sets of public rental housing, 4,652 sets of collective land rental housing, 2,624 sets of property housing16,274 sets of price-limited commercial housing, and 65,438 sets of affordable housing and directional housing.

Other pilot projects have consulted residents' willingness to rebuild and are improving their plans. Promote the retreat of simple buildings with a construction area of about 80,000 square meters. Among them, the construction area of this year's simple building is 1. 1.3 million square meters, and the construction area of Teng simple building is about 68,400 square meters. As for the renovation of old residential quarters, by the end of 10, 558 new residential quarters had been confirmed in five batches, with a confirmation rate of140%; New residential buildings have been started 196, with a new construction rate of 65%; Newly completed houses 130, and the new completion rate 130%.

Aiming at the problem of property management, the residential area with complaints before 100 was specially treated. At the same time, law enforcement penalties were intensified, and the city's housing and building management system implemented more than 300 real estate-related penalties throughout the year.

At the same time, since the beginning of this year, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee has conscientiously implemented the work arrangements of the municipal party committee and municipal government, and installed elevators in old buildings as an important part of the transformation of the "people's livelihood improvement complex" in old communities, and as an important starting point for the study and education practice of Party history, "I do practical things for the masses", urging all districts to formulate detailed plans and promote the implementation of the work. With the joint efforts of relevant municipal departments and districts, by the end of 10, 47 1 building had been newly started.
