Higher vocational graduates are awarded the diploma of specialized subject (higher vocational) stipulated by the state by Jilin Institute of Technology and Business.

Chapter IV National Subsidy Policy for Students from Poor Families in Colleges and Universities

Article 7 Our school has established national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national bursaries, national student loans (including national student loans in schools and credit student loans from students' places of origin), free education for normal students, education for retired soldiers, tuition compensation for primary employment, national funding for compulsory military service, national funding for directly recruited non-commissioned officers, and funding for freshmen's enrollment.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. Article 8 Requirements for specialized foreign language training

Article 11 Access Rules

Candidates who enjoy the policy of adding points or dropping points shall be ranked according to the provisions of the admissions examination institutions in their provinces (cities, districts), and shall be ranked according to the scores when they are admitted to the major. When the candidates' scores are the same, they are sorted from high to low according to the order of individual subjects and scores. Single subject order: science is mathematics, foreign language, comprehensive science and Chinese; Liberal arts are Chinese, foreign languages, comprehensive literature and mathematics; The provinces of the college entrance examination reform are mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages.

3. Admission rules for undergraduate and junior college students: According to the principle of "clear majors", the candidates' first major will prevail, and the scores will be admitted from high to low. Fill in the first professional volunteer, arrange the second and third professional volunteers, and so on. If the number of enrollment majors is full, you can be transferred to an under-filled major if you obey the professional transfer, and you will be dismissed if you don't obey the transfer.

4. Our school enrolls students for all majors in Jiangsu Province, and there is no requirement for elective subjects in principle. The scoring method and filing method shall be implemented according to the regulations of Jiangsu Province. Candidates who apply for undergraduate courses in our university are required to have an examination subject level of 2B or above, and the admission method of "grading first, then grading" is adopted for those who enter the file. If the scores in a single subject are the same, the admission results shall be determined by combining the scores, subjects, professional volunteers, comprehensive quality evaluation and other indicators.

5. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only admit candidates with professional volunteers, and those without professional volunteers will not be transferred.

6. Art and art candidates will be admitted according to the admission rules of art majors (classes) stipulated by the provincial admissions department on the premise that the scores of cultural examinations reach the provincial control scores of the fine arts majors in the province where the candidates are located, and the provincial fine arts unified examination certificate is obtained. If there are no relevant requirements in the province of origin, the comprehensive score will be calculated and sorted according to the following formula, and the best admission will be taken: comprehensive score = total score of culture course ×60%+ total score of provincial art test. When the comprehensive scores of the candidates in the file are the same, the one with the highest score in the cultural course will be given priority.

7. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the school will review the admission qualifications of new students after they enter the school.
