If the security outsourcing is less than 300,000, the tender may not be invited. According to the information of bidding law, it is known that the security outsourcing requirement is higher than 300,000, and bidding is needed. According to the provisions of the Bidding Law, the following construction projects, including engineering survey, design, construction, supervision and procurement of important equipment and materials related to engineering construction, need to invite tenders for large-scale infrastructure, public utilities and other project departments related to public interests and public safety, or use loans and aid funds from international organizations or foreign governments for some projects invested or financed with state-owned funds.
