The organizational structure of Harbin Newspaper Group can be summarized as "a core plate and two pillar systems"

A core section, namely the news publishing section, includes Harbin Daily, New Evening News, Home Newspaper, Metropolitan Information Newspaper, New Real Estate Magazine, Student Magazine, Knowledge Base Magazine, Learning Theory Magazine, Harbin News Network, Harbin Publishing House, five newspapers, four publications and one society. Among them, Harbin Daily, the main newspaper, is the earliest city party newspaper in New China, and New Evening News has developed into a leading comprehensive life newspaper in Northeast China. In 2004, the first "China Newspaper Competitiveness Annual Meeting" sponsored by the General Administration of Press and Publication, the New Evening News was rated as "Top 20 Domestic Urban Life Newspapers". In 2006, New Evening News was rated as one of the top ten innovative evening newspapers in China.

Harbin newspaper news website was founded in May 1997, 16, and belongs to Harbin Daily Newspaper Group. It is a news network with independent news release rights approved by relevant state departments. The website publishes a large number of news of Harbin Daily, New Evening News, Home News and Scientific Discovery under Harbin Daily Newspaper Group, and edits and publishes short message news and mobile phone newspaper every morning. In recent years, the economic benefits of Harbin Newspaper Group have increased year by year: in 2004, the total operating income of Harbin Newspaper Group was 410.4 million yuan, the total advertising income was 283.4 million yuan, and the pre-tax profit was 55.36 million yuan; In 2005, the total operating income of the Group was 4,654,380,300 yuan, the total advertising income was 270 million yuan, and the profit before tax was 43 million yuan. In 2006, the total operating income of the Group was RMB 4,654,380.5 million, the total advertising income was RMB 280.6 million, and the pre-tax profit was RMB 48.56 million. These three years are the three years with the greatest market pressure and the best economic benefits for Harbin Newspaper Group. In 2005, Harbin Newspaper Group was rated as an advanced unit of newspaper management in China by the General Administration of Press and Publication.
