The drainage pipe in the community is broken. Is there an obligation to maintain the property?

The property management company shall, in accordance with the property service contract and the nature of the use of the property, properly repair and maintain some parts of the owner, ensure the function and life of the equipment and facilities including public drainage pipes, and take reasonable measures to protect the personal and property safety of the owner. If the property company fails to perform its maintenance obligations, causing property losses to the owners, the property company shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
