1. General layout: Scheme I is agreed in principle, but it needs to be optimized and adjusted. The distance from the court building is small, but due to the adjustment of Jizhou route type, the overall width and depth of the building should be compressed and moved slightly to the north to increase the space of the front yard.

2.
