Second, the interview arrangement

The interview place is No.59, Chun Qing Road, Huairou District, Beijing. You can take bus No.916 at Xinxing Community Station, get off at the north exit of Chun Qing Road and walk about 300 meters to the north.

Candidates are requested to report to the waiting room of Huairou District People's Court in Beijing at 8:00 am on the day of the interview according to the interview schedule. Failure to report on time is regarded as automatic waiver.

Third, inspection and physical examination

(A) the comprehensive score calculation method

Comprehensive score (no professional ability test) = (total written score ÷2)×50%+ interview score ×50%.

Comprehensive score (including professional ability test) = (total written score ÷2)×50%+ interview score ×35%+ professional ability test score × 15%.

The results of this interview will be announced on the general platform of personnel examination in Beijing on March 7, and candidates can log in and inquire by themselves with their username and password at the time of registration.

(2) Determination of candidates for inspection and physical examination.

If the ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of employees in the employment plan reaches 3: 1 or above, after the interview, the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined in the order of high comprehensive scores; If the ratio is less than 3: 1, the interview scores of candidates should reach the average score of all the people interviewed by the same interviewer group before they can enter the inspection and physical examination.

(3) Arrangements for inspection and physical examination

After the interview, our company will organize the difference inspection and physical examination, and the ratio of candidates to the number of planned employees shall not be higher than 2: 1. The investigation was conducted by individual talks, field visits, access to personnel files, inquiry of social credit records and personal interviews. According to the examination results, physical examination results and inspection conditions, the candidates to be hired are selected according to the principle of matching people with posts, rather than just using people.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Candidates are requested to carefully understand and strictly abide by the relevant requirements of the Beijing novel coronavirus Leading Group for Prevention and Control on epidemic prevention and control and the management of people entering Beijing, cooperate with the daily temperature test before the exam, pay close attention to the health status of themselves and their residents, and contact our unit in time in case of special circumstances. Anyone who conceals or falsely reports information on epidemic prevention and control, or fails to cooperate with the staff to carry out epidemic prevention testing and inspection, will be disqualified from the interview as the case may be, and those who cause serious consequences will be investigated for responsibility according to discipline and regulations.

2. Candidates are requested to arrange their trips properly and conduct interviews at the time and place specified in this announcement. When participating in the interview, candidates must bring their ID card, epidemic prevention and control notice, negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and cooperate with the staff to measure their body temperature and check the "green code" of Health Treasure.

3. After the announcement, if the candidate waives the interview qualification, please send the waiver statement (scanned PDF format) to hrfybgbk @ 163.com by email before February 23rd. Those who fail to submit the waiver within the specified time and do not participate in the interview for personal reasons will be reported to the competent department of civil servants in Beijing according to the circumstances and recorded in the integrity file.

4. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing, all people returning to Beijing need to carry out nucleic acid testing within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing. If you haven't done nucleic acid testing, a window will pop up. Candidates from other places should be tested for nucleic acid as soon as possible after coming to Beijing, so as not to affect the interview because of non-nucleic acid testing.
