Registration materials

1. Valid identity certificate of the applicant (one of the ID card, military ID card, passport, household registration book and household registration certificate of the public security organ of the owner or parking space owner).

2. Proof of parking space property right (when the non-parking space property owner applies, the parking space property owner's permission certificate is also required).

3. Proof of ownership of electric vehicle (one of purchase invoice, vehicle tax payment certificate, vehicle transfer certificate, purchase agreement, motor vehicle driving license and vehicle registration certificate).

4. Property certificate (related materials that the property or industry committee, neighborhood committee and village committee agree with the applicant to install charging facilities).

Online application operation process

1. Download and register the Online State Grid APP.

2. Choose an electric car and find a charging pile to install.

3. Click to enter the area to be filled in after the charging pile is installed.

4. After selecting the region, you will be reminded of the relevant documents that need to be uploaded.

Tip: In the template provided below, just print and fill it out, and then find the attribute stamp. Save trouble and worry.

Tip: "Agree with the construction opinions" can be shared with WeChat or QQ friends through the upper right corner, and then exported and printed.

5. After all the materials are ready, click Start Processing, and fill in the detailed address and applied meter capacity.

Tip: the capacity of the electric meter is the power of the charging pile. Please contact the 4S shop to confirm the power required for the charging pile.

6. After the materials are uploaded, confirm the submission.

7. After the application for electricity utilization is accepted, the State Grid will send people to the site to check the power supply situation and reply whether the residential customers can receive electricity. For resident customers with power supply conditions, arrange to install electric meters and connect electricity, and promise not to charge customers for the whole process.
