Registered property manager

Registered property manager is the only certificate of property management at present, and the examination is difficult. He must have 12 years of working experience, including 10 years of property management experience.

Property engineer

In addition to management, the property industry also has the engineering industry. You can take the electrician certificate, engage in property engineering, take the technical route, and gradually complete the career development of technicians, senior technicians and engineers.

Extensive employment

Property managers have a wide range of employment and are very popular positions in the property industry, while the demand for engineering managers is in short supply.
