Responsibilities of property quality supervision:

1. The site quality supervisor of the Total Quality Office is responsible for the implementation of this specification.

2. The heads of all departments (rooms), property management companies and management offices of the property management group are the first responsible persons for the rectification of work tasks and nonconformities of this unit, and all employees must actively cooperate with the supervision work.

Content of property quality supervision:

1. Inspect and supervise the work quality of all units affiliated to the property group in strict accordance with the completion time node requirements of various work tasks and meeting resolutions arranged by the company leaders.

2. Inspect and supervise the management quality of each unit of the property group in strict accordance with the company's various management systems, the quality system documents of the property group, the "national excellent" standards and relevant property laws and regulations, find unqualified items in time, analyze the reasons and put forward suggestions for correction/improvement.

3. Be responsible for verifying the completion of complaints from the "general manager's mailbox" and "general manager's hotline" of each property management group.

4. Do a good job in the quality supervision and management of each building, and keep abreast of all kinds of information, including the working trends of each building, major complaints from the owners, the ideological trends of employees, the working atmosphere of employees and various illegal behaviors.
