Notes on Fengtai University of Guangdong Fengtai Group

1989, Humen Construction and Development Company, the predecessor of Guangdong Fengtai Group Company, was established as a collective enterprise directly under the Dongguan Construction Committee, mainly responsible for the renovation and maintenance of old houses and dangerous houses in towns. From 65438 to 0992, Dongguan Humen Construction and Development Company undertook the construction of Fumin Commercial City and became the largest clothing wholesale market in Humen.

From 65438 to 0995, Guangdong Fengtai Group Company and other partners invested more than 4 billion yuan to revitalize the Taiping Square Garden, the largest unfinished building in China, and became the landmark building of Humen at that time.

In 2000, in order to meet the needs of market economy and promote the greater development of enterprises, Dongguan Humen Construction and Development Company was officially restructured into Dongguan Humen Construction and Development Co., Ltd. with the approval of the municipal government. In the same year, Dongguan Humen Construction and Development Co., Ltd. participated in the planning, investment and construction of Dongguan Grand Hotel, becoming the first five-star hotel in Humen.

In 200 1 year, we invested in the development of Fengtai Garden Villa, a real estate project covering an area of 1000 mu. In 2003, Fengtai Huayuan Villa was awarded the title of "Green Residential Community" by the Provincial Housing Society and "Green Community" by the Environmental Protection Bureau. In 2004, it was awarded as "Dongguan Excellent Property Management Demonstration Community".

In 2002, Dongguan Humen Construction Development Co., Ltd. became the vice-president unit of Dongguan Construction Industry Association and the vice-president unit of Dongguan Real Estate Association.

In 2003, Guangdong Fengtai Group was formally established. In the same year, Guangdong Fengtai Group was the sixth largest taxpayer of private enterprises in Dongguan.

In April 2003, the foundation stone was laid for 23 projects in Humen Town, among which the second phase of Fengtai Garden Villa of Guangdong Fengtai Group, Fengtai Guanshan Garden, Fengtai Tian Yu Garden and Fengtai Garden Hotel started at the same time.

Guangdong Fengtai Group won the excellent model project of Dongguan Hotel, the second phase of Taiping Square Garden, and Fenghua Haoting won the provincial excellent project.

In 2004, Guangdong Fengtai Group was awarded the title of "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Guangdong Province" by Guangdong Provincial Government and "Top 50 Private Enterprises" by Dongguan Municipal Government. At the same time, the chairman was rated as a model worker in Dongguan.

Up to now, the total construction area of investment and construction projects has exceeded 2 million square meters, and dozens of large-scale projects have been developed and built, and they have been rated as "advanced units for comprehensive development" by the Municipal Construction Bureau year after year.

In 2005, Fengtai Garden Hotel, which was built with an investment of 450 million yuan according to international five-star standards, was officially put into trial operation, becoming the only designated reception hotel in the world for the 2005 top supermodel competition. Fengtai Garden Hotel became the first Luban Award-winning project in Dongguan.

In 2006, Guangdong Fengtai Group won the title of "Top 50 Private Enterprises in Dongguan" again. Fengtai Garden Hotel won the Luban Award of China Construction Engineering (National Quality Project).
