New house delivery and collection process
1. Confirm the process of repossession: check the relevant information with the developer and the property to confirm the process of repossession;
2. Receiving the house acceptance inspection form: the owner should receive three books and one form, including three originals of the completion acceptance record form, the house quality guarantee, the house use manual, and the technical report of house land surveying and mapping, which the developer will explain and must pay attention to;

Matters needing attention in house delivery and acceptance
1. Housing area: comprehensive calculation of indoor area and pool area. Avoid developers using pool area. If the error between the sales contract and the measured area is within 3%, it can be ignored. If the error exceeds 3%, the compensation agreement signed by both parties shall prevail. It is suggested that the error between the agreed building area and the measured area is 2%.
2. The height of the building: You can measure the height of the building with a tape measure, and measure whether the actual height of the building is in line with the contract. Take 4-5 points for measurement. If the numerical error is not big, it means that the roof or the ground is not inclined.
