(a) who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, meet one of the following conditions of China people and citizens, can apply to participate in the first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination.

1. Obtained a college degree in fire engineering, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; Or get a college degree in fire engineering related major, and have worked for 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in fire engineering related major, and have worked for 5 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology.

3. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology; Or graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.
