1. The charging standard of property management services in Qinghe Street, Zhuxin Road and Bageyan three family areas: 0.40 yuan/square meter per month and 0.50 yuan/square meter for foreign tenants (charged according to the construction area);
The charging standard for property management services of Xiangbaoshan, Mugan Factory and Jiyang Road is 0.30 yuan/month/square meter, and that of external tenants is 0.40 yuan/square meter (charged according to the construction area).
2. Charge standard of property management service for office building, power distribution building and production base: 5.00 yuan/month-square meter (charged according to construction area).
3. Property management services: maintenance and management of public facilities and equipment in office buildings, power distribution buildings, production bases and family residential areas; Maintenance and management of public green space; Public health and cleaning, garbage removal and septic tank cleaning; Maintenance and management of public security order and fire control facilities.
After your company receives the reply, please go to our bureau to apply for the license for operating service charges, and publicize the approval documents, charging items and standards at the charging place. According to the above regulations and documents, the property management company can collect 5.5% tax according to the standard when collecting property management fees, but the fees collected and remitted by the property management company cannot be collected. Property companies can collect garbage clearance fees from the Environmental Sanitation Bureau on behalf of the owners, and the standard is 30 yuan per household every year.
Do not collect property management fees for many years at one time.
Property management fees can be charged monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually, but not for many years at one time.
