Actively promote the implementation of property management policies in residential areas that have not implemented property management. First, through the transformation of old residential areas, the community has the basic conditions to implement comprehensive property services, and property management is implemented through public bidding. Second, through policy support, the government gives financial incentives in the form of awards instead of investment, exempts secondary garbage clearing fees in residential areas, subsidizes property service fees for some low-income households and needy households, and encourages property service enterprises to take over abandoned residential areas.

Ninth citizens, legal persons and other organizations have the right to supervise the government information disclosure work of administrative organs, and make criticisms and suggestions.
