Mr. Lu Zhaoquan (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Lv Zhaoquan, aged 55, was appointed as the chief executive officer of the Company on January 1, 2011. He joined the company on April 20 10 as the chief operating officer of the media and entertainment department of the company, and became the executive director of the company on July 20 10. Mr. Lu was also appointed as the executive director of Lixin Garment International Co., Ltd., Lixin Development Co., Ltd. (the major shareholder of the Company) and Holdings Limited on January 1, 2011. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate financing, and media and entertainment business. Mr. Lu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of chartered institute of management accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Mr. Lu is an independent non-executive director of Investment International Limited and 2 1 Holdings Limited. Both companies are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange"). Before joining the Company, Mr. Lu was a director of Venus Group Limited and Poly Hotel Holdings Limited (formerly known as "Wing On Travel (Group) Limited"). Both companies are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange. He also served as a director of Puwei Group Limited, a company listed on Singapore Stock Exchange Limited, and MRI Holdings Limited, a company listed on Australian Stock Exchange.

Mr Lin Jianyue.

Mr. Lin Jianyue, aged 53, has been an executive director of the Company since October 1996. He is also the vice chairman of Lixin Garment International Limited ("Lixin Garment"), the chairman of Lixin Development Limited ("Lixin Development") and Mo Lifeng Holdings Limited, the executive director of Crocodile Shirt Limited and the chairman of Huanya Variety Entertainment Group Limited. Lixin development is the major shareholder of the company, and Lixin clothing is the major shareholder of Lixin development. Mr. Lin has rich experience in property development and investment, hotel and media entertainment business.

Mr. Lin is currently a director of the Hong Kong Real Estate Developers Association. He is also the Chairman of the Film and Entertainment Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Film Association Limited and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Film Association Limited, the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Film Development Council and a member of the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Mr. Lin is also a trustee of the Hong Kong Better Fund, a member of the 11th National Committee of the China People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Hong Kong Friendship Association Limited and a director of the Hong Kong Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce Limited. Mr. Lin is the son of Ms. Yu.

Mr. Zhang Yongsen

Mr. Zhang Yongsen, MH, JP, aged 59, was appointed as an executive director of the Company in September 2005. Mr. Zhang is also an executive director of Lixin Development Limited ("Lixin Development"), which is a listed company listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and a major shareholder of the Company. Mr. Zhang is a senior manager with legal and banking experience. He has more than 29 years of experience in the management and development of mergers and acquisitions, hotels, hotels and real estate industries. He was a partner of Hu Guan Law Firm and Huang Ganheng Law Firm, and an executive director of Xinhe Real Estate Co., Ltd.. Mr. Zhang is a Justice of the Peace and was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2009. In the past 29 years, he has served in many public organizations and committees, including the Legislative Council, the Urban Council and the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Stadium. He is currently an elected member of Sham Shui Po District Council, chairman of the Insurance Agents Registration Committee, lay member of the Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and member of the Advisory Committee of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr Zhang Sen.

Mr. Zhang Sen, aged 46, was appointed as an executive director of the Company on March 1, 2011. Mr. Zhang is also an executive director of Lixin Development Limited ("Lixin Development") and Lifeng Holdings Limited ("Lifeng"). Lixin Development is the major shareholder of the Company, and Mo Lifeng is an associate company of the Company. Mr. Zhang served as the executive director of Guanghui Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd. from 2009 1 1 month to 20 10/month. He served as the executive director of Lixin Development and Mo Lifeng from early June 2007 to early October 2009. The issued shares of all the above companies are listed and traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Before joining Lixin Development and Mo Lifeng in 2007, Mr. Zhang worked in many listed companies and international investment banks in Hong Kong. He has rich experience in enterprise financing and financial management.

Mr. Zhang graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with a bachelor's degree in accounting and financial science (economics).
