What is the timely and full payment of property fees?

Paying the property fee in full and on time means that the owner has paid the property fee in full within the specified time according to the payment methods and standards agreed in the property service contract, and there is no overdue or overdue behavior.

Article 53 of the Regulations on Property Management of Residential Quarters in Ningbo stipulates that the owner shall pay the property service fee, the parts used by the property, the utilities sharing fee for the facilities and equipment used by the property, the management fee for special parking spaces and other fees related to the property service in full and on time in accordance with the stipulations of the property service contract. Except that professional units and realty service enterprises shall bear the water and electricity sharing expenses of shared parts and facilities of the property in accordance with the provisions or the realty service contract, the owners shall not refuse to pay the realty service-related expenses on the grounds that they have not accepted or do not need to accept the relevant services.
