What rules does China Property Management Institute have for property managers?

Although the State Council has cancelled the qualification certification of property managers, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development are still responsible for the certification of property managers, which is also a certificate controlled by the government.

China Materials Association is only a non-governmental organization. Without authorization, there is no right to stipulate the certificate issued by the government department.
