Evergrande can obtain this financing. Welcome the first rights issue financing in five years. 10 June 14, the company announced the rights issue financing. According to the allotment plan, a total of 260 million shares will be allotted to several grantees at the price of HK$ 16.5, accounting for about 2.00% of the total issued shares on the announcement date, and the total issued shares will be expanded by about 1 after the completion of the new share issuance.

It is expected that the total proceeds from the placing and the net proceeds will be about HK$ 4,306,543.8 million and HK$ 4,256 million respectively, and it is planned to use the proceeds from the placing for refinancing the existing debts and general working capital of the Group.
