Linshui Jiayuan Phase II Project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Lianggang Road and Botanical Garden South Road in Jinggang Town, Shushan District, Hefei City, with a total area of about 1.35 mu and a construction area of about 280,000 square meters. It is mainly used to build many high-rise residential buildings, kindergartens, commercial facilities, underground parking garages, roads, pipe networks, lighting, greening and related ancillary facilities.
