Pre-contract life of developer's property

Legal analysis: 1. How long was the previous property service contract valid? Generally speaking, the cycle does not exceed 3 years. Moreover, the property project owners' meeting was held, and after the establishment of the industry Committee, the contract was automatically terminated regardless of whether it expired or not. The owners' committee and the property management company shall separately sign a formal property management contract.

Legal basis: Before the expiration of Article 26 of the Property Management Regulations, if the property service contract signed by the owners' committee and the selected property service enterprise comes into effect, the previous property service contract will be terminated.
