After the property is agreed, it can be handled, and it has nothing to do with paying the property fee. Failure to pay property fees usually has two serious consequences. Secondly, failure to pay the property fee will be prosecuted by the property company, and the court will generally decide that the property company will win the case, and the owner will eventually pay the property fee.
