In the community not within the scope of this special law enforcement inspection, the industry committee or the owner may entrust a professional institution to audit the revenue and expenditure of the public in accordance with the relevant provisions.

According to the relevant provisions of Changzhou Residential Property Management Regulations, the operating mode and operating income of using the parts and facilities of the property are collectively referred to as * * * income. Public income shall be accounted for separately and shall not be used without authorization; Public revenue shall be subject to the supervision of the owners, owners' congress, owners' committee, property management committee, subdistrict office (town people's government) and community residents' committee; The revenue and expenditure of public income shall be publicized to the owners in a prominent position in the property management area at least once every six months.

For the clues found in the law enforcement inspection, the inspector and assessment team will hand them over to the district bureaus for filing and handling according to the division of law enforcement authority, and track and supervise the handling of the problems. The punishment results of illegal subjects will be pushed to the city's "double publicity" platform in time, and the relevant untrustworthy subjects will be punished by credit according to the "Measures for Punishment of Dishonesty in Changzhou City Management" and pushed to the city's public credit information platform simultaneously. At the same time, the relevant punishment results will be copied to the competent department of industry. If other illegal clues are found during the inspection, they shall be handed over to the relevant departments for handling.
