Who should I ask to repair the elevator in the community if there is a problem?

Residential elevator maintenance is borne by the property. According to Article 2 of the Property Management Regulations, the property service enterprise selected by the owner shall be jointly repaired, maintained and managed by the owner and the property in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract, so as to maintain the environmental sanitation and related order in the property management area. The regulations clearly stipulate that the property is responsible for the maintenance of houses and supporting equipment, including elevators.
