In order to strengthen the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation, investigate and eliminate potential risks, and effectively protect people's health and life safety, according to the deployment requirements of provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the leading group for epidemic prevention and control in novel coronavirus District decided to carry out a new round of regional nucleic acid detection in different communities and at different time periods in the whole region from May 16, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

First, the detection range

Anyone who lives, works, studies or travels in Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Personnel who did not participate in this regional nucleic acid detection:

It is not recommended to sample infants under 1 year and under 2 years old.

2. Those who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours will not take part in this round of nucleic acid testing, and report to their communities voluntarily.

3 centralized isolation or home health monitoring personnel should be tested in accordance with the control regulations and channels.

4, schools, kindergartens, teachers and students in the school sampling according to the existing sampling method.

5. The "integrated inspection" and regular inspectors shall conduct inspections in strict accordance with the prescribed frequency, and those who participate in this round of regional nucleic acid inspection shall be deemed to have completed an inspection task.

Every street and park should set up sampling points near communities and villages. Please pay attention to the information released by various streets and parks.

Third, matters needing attention

1. All permanent and regional nucleic acid sampling points in this round of nucleic acid detection use "Shandong full-time nucleic acid detection system". All citizens are requested to pre-register through the "Shandong Full-time Nucleic Acid Detection System" in advance to generate the "Personal Sampling Information Collection Code". When sampling, take the initiative to show the QR code for personal information collection.

2. All permanent sampling points are normally open, and the service population and service time remain unchanged.

3. All sampling personnel should always wear masks, line up in an orderly manner according to the on-site instructions, keep a "one-meter-long" safe distance, avoid cutting in line, talking and gathering, avoid touching related items on the sampling platform during sampling, and go home to wash their hands and disinfect as soon as possible after sampling.

If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, don't take this test. Please report to your community and unit in advance, do a good job of personal protection, and go to the nearest medical institution for fever clinic in time.

It is the obligation of all residents to accept nucleic acid testing. Residents, permanent residents and outsiders are requested to actively cooperate to ensure that every household does not leak and everyone checks.

6. According to the requirements of the Notice of the Office of the Leading Group for the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation and the Coordination of Economic Operation of the Provincial Party Committee on Further Strengthening the Inspection and Aggregation of Nucleic Acid Testing Certificates in Various Places, all public places will strictly implement the inspection of nucleic acid testing certificates. If you fail to complete the nucleic acid test within the time limit, your health code will be "yellow" and your life and travel will be affected. If you participate in the regional nucleic acid test within 7 days and the test results are normal, you can enter and leave the public with the logo of the current regional nucleic acid test. Medical staff entering medical and health institutions need negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, both electronic and paper versions are acceptable.

7. After the completion of nucleic acid detection, residents can inquire the results according to the following procedures: pay attention to the "Health Dongying Service Number", click on the public service to enter the public health area, and click on the nucleic acid detection results to inquire. If a paper report is needed, it can be directly exported and printed.
