However, the property management of each community is somewhat different, and some communities allow noise-free construction on Saturday and Sunday at the initial stage of housing collection. For the second renovated house, it is necessary to have a brief understanding of the adjacent units with the property to see if there are babies and elderly people with mobility difficulties, so as to minimize the construction time of loud noise every day. If possible, you can post a renovation forecast book at the door of the unit or in the elevator to tell your neighbors the time stage of renovation. In this way, conditional neighbors can arrange time for the elderly or babies to avoid noise.
