The difference between the owner's representative and the members of the industry Committee
The owners' committee is the CEO elected by shareholders. The most prominent difference between the industry committee and the neighborhood committee is that, economically speaking, the owners' congress and the industry committee are group economic organizations in which the owners jointly manage the property management area, while the neighborhood committee is not an economic organization.
Legal basis:
Article 27 of the Guiding Rules for Owners' Congress and Owners' Committee stipulates that if there are a large number of owners in the property management area, an owner's representative may be elected to attend the meeting of the owners' congress in units of buildings, units and floors, and the method of election and voting shall be agreed in the rules of procedure of the owners' congress.
