Why is it so difficult for property companies to change careers?

It is almost the common feeling of people in the workplace that it is difficult to change careers and soar. I feel that the biggest embarrassment and sorrow in the workplace is the ability you have finally cultivated in this industry and this company. As a result, it is completely unsuitable in another industry and another company.

Just graduated from a well-known property and worked as a customer service housekeeper for one year. I was full of expectations for this job, but I didn't know that the ideal was full and the reality was very skinny.

When I first went there, I didn't quite understand why these housekeepers were still smiling and communicating with the owners on the phone one second, and they began to vomit incense the next.

This was the beginning of a nightmare until I picked up the housekeeper's cell phone. The owner's customer complaints are really varied and wonderful. Whether the faucet at home is broken or the couple quarreled, I asked for you. Whether it's a holiday or not, I have to take my mobile phone with me 24 hours a day. What's more, some owners call you in the middle of the night to complain, and you have to answer it at this time.

I remember a vacation, but I didn't receive a call from an owner, and the call was automatically transferred to the monitoring center. Then the host complained that I didn't answer the phone. Is it really too difficult for me? !

This kind of work really doesn't have any private space. When you are on vacation, you must bring your work phone. Nominally, this is a holiday. In essence, it is to work in a different place and go out to eat with friends. In the middle, I also called directly, as if I were negotiating billions of business.

Even so, I still want to insist. As long as I don't give up, plus my status as a Guan Peisheng, I still have a chance to get promoted. Maybe just a year or two.

One thing that broke me down was that I was called by my master to deal with the leaking main pit because of my inexperience. Although I was unsuccessful, at the same time, the owners were dissatisfied with the property and even the housekeeper, and often found trouble with the housekeeper. At that time, I felt really helpless and tried my best to be good to the owners, but I got such a situation. I was sad for a long time in the spring, and finally one day I got up the courage to leave my job and secretly vowed never to enter the real estate industry again.

After naked resignation, I began to look for my favorite job with great expectation, but I changed my major from a cross-major, and people didn't want it. The major in college is also a major with little gold content, and I have no skills at all. It's been more than a month now, and I still haven't found the industry I want to engage in. It's really hard to change careers! Want to cry!
