Why is the property fee not unified?

According to the principle in the Property Management Regulations that property charges should be compatible with property services, the property service fees you pay are mainly the service fees of public parts, public facilities and public equipment. The equipment and facilities at home are paid services, and the services that need to be charged separately are determined according to the building area of your home and the shared area of public facilities.
