This Thai Fan Chi performance team, composed of 12 boxers, has a 78-year-old elder sister, the youngest is 53 years old, and most of them are in their sixties and seventies. Although I usually practice, I have to practice twice a day for about a month after receiving the notice from the party. Under the careful organization of the organizer, the two boxers who served as instructors carefully pondered, revised and practiced every movement in order to increase the appreciation. Observing the time and practicing repeatedly, the author is in it, and all kinds of tastes are very profound. After long-term training, many old people can't squat down their legs, but everyone insists on collective performance, which shows me the true noble character. These people have even retired for many years, and they don't ask for anything. They just bring joy to the young and the old in the community. People's selfless character shines more than programs! Participating in the performance is a baptism of the soul, and I deeply enjoy this best feeling.

Although I live here, I didn't really get in touch with the people here until the end of March this year because I have been working outside. There is a square dance in the front door of the community, and Little Square is the training ground for the Tai Ji Chuan team, so I exercise in the morning and evening.

There is an owners' club in the community, which has a table tennis room, a vocal music room and a dance room. There are vocal music, folk dance, ballroom dancing, model training and so on. The community hired teachers to coach and set up a community art troupe.

? There are Swan Lake, black and white swans, seagulls and pigeons in the lake, and there are fitness equipment and children's slides in two places in the community. All these make the life of the community owners colorful, so I fell in love with it.

Yes, living in such an environment, I spend my spare time walking in a beautiful and tidy community surrounded by green trees and full of flowers, watching swans and goldfish in the lake. It's really interesting to join whatever you like and chat with your partner.
