Can the prepaid property fee be refunded?

Legal analysis: if you rent an office, you can decide whether you can return it according to the signed contract. If the lessee cancels the lease in advance or has to cancel the lease for other reasons as stipulated in the contract, the paid property fee may be refunded. In this case, the property fee can be refunded.
