"

Fortieth due to the construction unit has been completed but not yet sold or sold but not delivered to the owner on time, the property service fee shall be paid in full by the construction unit.
The property service fee generated after the property is delivered to the owner according to law shall be paid in full by the owner; However, the property service fee promised by the construction unit to the owner when selling the property shall be paid by the construction unit according to the promised fee.
Wuhan: Take 70% of the property service fee.
According to Article 12 of Wuhan Property Management Regulations announced by the Standing Committee of Wuhan Municipal People's Congress (No.19), the property service fees incurred before the house is delivered for use (including the current month) shall be borne by the development and construction unit. The property service fee generated after the house is delivered for use shall be borne by the owner, but if there is no occupancy within one year after the house is delivered, the owner shall bear 70% of the property service fee during the vacant period.
The house reaches the delivery conditions through the completion acceptance, and the owner receives the written delivery notice and completes the corresponding procedures, which is the delivery; If the owner fails to go through the corresponding formalities within one month after receiving the written delivery notice, it shall be deemed as delivery.
