Article 5 Responsibilities and Obligations of Party B

Article 6 Liability for breach of contract:

In any of the following circumstances, Party B shall be deemed to be in breach of contract, and Party B shall bear corresponding liabilities for breach of contract. Party A has the right to terminate this contract and confiscate the performance bond.
Party B fails to pay the rent or delays in paying the rent for more than 30 days;

Article 7 This contract may be terminated under the following circumstances:
If one party breaches the contract, the other party may terminate the contract according to the provisions of this contract;
Both parties agree to terminate the contract through consultation;
Due to legal force majeure;
Due to the reasons stipulated by laws, regulations and policies, this contract cannot be continued.
Except for the above terms, neither Party A nor Party B shall be liable for the termination of the contract.
