1, the main responsibility of fire control is not implemented. Some residential owners believe that the fire safety management of residential areas is the responsibility of property service enterprises, and the maintenance cost of damaged fire facilities should be extracted from the property management fee. It is clearly stipulated that the maintenance costs of building fire protection facilities during the warranty period shall be borne by the construction unit; After the expiration of the warranty period, it will be included in the expenditure scope of special maintenance funds for facilities and equipment, or it will be borne by the owner as agreed (proportion of construction area).
