Reform the subsidy standard of public institutions

The reform subsidy refers to the direct payment of monetary subsidies to individuals, rather than the in-kind subsidies originally used by the unit for post consumption and welfare benefits of cadres and workers. Its composition is as follows: housing distribution monetization reform subsidies, such as housing provident fund, housing subsidies, rental subsidies and so on. ; Transportation subsidies, such as bus subsidies and official car subsidies. Property fee subsidies belong to housing subsidies, depending on the unit or local policies.

As mentioned in the Notice on Housing Heating Fee and Property Fee Subsidy for Employees of Government Offices and Institutions, starting from 20 15 1, government offices and institutions in this Municipality will no longer bear the property service fee when they sell public housing according to the housing reform policy, and the employees will sign a property service contract with the property and pay it by themselves. At the same time, employees will be given property service subsidies every month. The subsidy standards are as follows:

1. Subsidies for housing and property services for civil servants and personnel of public institutions managed according to the Civil Service Law: bureau level 3 10 yuan, deputy bureau level 260 yuan, department level 230 yuan, deputy department level 200 yuan, department level 180 yuan, and below clerk level 160 yuan.

2. Housing property service subsidy standards for managers of public institutions: Level 3 3 10 yuan, Level 4 260 yuan, Level 5 230 yuan, Level 6 200 yuan, Level 9 and Level 10 160 yuan with more than 25 years of service, Level 9 and Level 10 160 yuan with less than 25 years of service.

3. Property service subsidy standard for professional and technical personnel in public institutions: employ 2-4 260 yuan, 5-7 230 yuan,11-3 for more than 25 years, 8- 10/80 yuan, and/kloc-.

4. Subsidies for employees' property services in government agencies and institutions: 200 yuan for senior technicians, technicians, junior, intermediate and ordinary workers with more than 25 years of service, and 180 yuan for junior, intermediate and ordinary workers with less than 25 years of service.
