According to the requirements of the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, the owner or the construction unit shall establish a special equipment account, including elevator equipment data, design data, acceptance report and other information, and record and manage the installation, operation and maintenance of elevators. Elevator installation is a large-scale reconstruction project, which needs to be designed, constructed and accepted in strict accordance with relevant laws, regulations and technical standards.
