After the dissolution or termination of the realty service contract, the realty service provider shall, with the owners' committee, the owners who decide to manage themselves or the people entrusted by them, handle the exit handover in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and the contract, and perform the following handover obligations:

In violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, after the dissolution or termination of the property service contract, the property service provider shall not require the owner to pay the property fee; If losses are caused to the owner, it shall compensate for the losses.
