Does the ownership of the property fee belong to the property company?

The "property fee" paid by the owner to the property company shall be invoiced as required. When you look at the contents of the invoice, the full name is "property service fee", which is of course its company's account and its "operating income". Besides paying taxes, it is also an enterprise, and the rest belongs to itself. There are also some expenses, which belong to the nature of collection and payment, such as parking fees (or rents), decoration garbage cleaning fees, and income generated by billboards in residential areas. Parking fees and advertising revenue belong to the industry Committee (that is, all owners), and parking space rent belongs to developers (if parking spaces are available) and is collected by agents.
