My home is being renovated recently, and the upstairs is decorated by Yueteng. I can't help but talk about my experience.

Background: Four floors and two households are stacked, I am the next stack and Yueteng is the last stack.

1. On the first day of construction, the construction party of Yueteng requested to dismantle the main pipeline.

Yueteng project manager lied to the customer that the rainwater pipes and sewage pipes buried in the bay window are exhaust pipes that are not used at ordinary times and need to be removed. 2. After the main pipeline was rejected, the project manager refused to communicate again.

For the amazing operation of removing the roof drainage, my project manager refused on the spot and proposed a solution. The two families diverted the pipeline into the wall together.

After that, my project manager went upstairs to connect the communication pipeline, and Yueteng's manager stopped at the door and refused to let him in. Say you don't have to come. Since your family doesn't agree to tear it down, what are you doing here? What we do is none of your business. I stopped at the door twice and refused to communicate by phone twice.

3. Yueteng caused major hidden dangers to customers and refused to rectify.

Recently, I asked about the change of the upstairs pipeline in the WeChat group, and the Yueteng project manager lied to me again. The pipeline hasn't changed, it's still the same. In fact, Yueteng has transferred the roof downspout to the wall. A 90-degree bend pipe was buried at the sinking position where the superimposed bay window was removed, which was connected with the original downstairs pipeline.

In fact, the floor is buried at a 90-degree bend, which has caused the hidden danger of water returning to the upper chimney. If the pipeline is blocked in the later period, the whole upper stack will be soaked and the living room floor tiles will be knocked open for maintenance. I couldn't stand the overlapping, so I actively communicated with the two companies and changed the pipeline into a straight wall. The cost was borne by me, but the Yueteng project manager refused.

4. Ignoring the facts and having a bad attitude.

I heard Yueteng project manager calling the owner at the scene, patting his chest to ensure that there would be no problem with the pipes on the floor. It also threatened the owner that if he was asked to change it, the floor tiles would be empty and the exterior walls would no longer be guaranteed.

There are already two households in the residential area who have caused serious flooding after overlapping renovation of water pipes, affecting their next-door neighbors. Based on the neighborhood relationship, I didn't report the superimposed illegal construction, but I have asked the property to open a rectification form for illegal construction to communicate and leave traces. If there are any consequences caused by poor roof drainage in the later period, I reserve the right to pursue the owner of the stack. By that time, Yueteng Decoration had already taken the money and left, and the unlucky customers were still there.
