In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, adhere to the positioning that houses are used for living, not for speculation, and strive to stabilize land prices, housing prices and expectations, with the consent of the municipal government, we hereby notify the relevant matters concerning further promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market as follows:

The first is to expand the scope of housing purchase restriction and sale restriction.

(1) Gao Qiao Street and Mawang Street in Fengxi New Town, Xixian New Area are included in the scope of restricted purchases and sales. 5. What are the rules for divorced people to buy commercial housing?
